The Miracle Blade is made to the highest standard of German stainless steel, cold cut then flash forged, heated to over 2000 degrees, then immersed into liquid nitrogen to 427 degrees below zero. This process guarantees the desired hardness, flexibility and rust resistance.
Etched in the name of every knife is the type of blade, like slicer, chopper, etc. Different portions of the knife can also be used for different tasks; for example, the tip of the blade can be used for mincing; the middle for dicing; and the back for chopping.
